[English Riding Lessons] [Camps]

For over 35 years Bertin Stables has taught the proper techniques and sportsmanship to hundreds of students of all ages, starting at age five, in a fun and safe environment. With many horses on the property there is one to fit everyone's liking.

Our facilities include two large indoor arenas, a large outdoor ring, and a small indoor ring for pony private lessons. If you would like to come out and have a tour please give us a call.

Weeknight Classes

Adults & Teenagers- special rate of four (4) lessons for $120.00 paid in advance or one for $35.00. Renewals are due on the fourth (4th) lesson to save your spot.

Private Lessons - are available on request. $55.00

Hoofpick Club

Friday nights from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. (cost $35). Includes a lesson, grooming, theory, pony cart rides, extra riding and supervision. Parents drop-off and pick-up only please.

Saturday At The Farm

Saturday students are invited to spend a day at the farm from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. (cost $40.00). Includes your lesson, grooming, theory, extra riding, cart rides, games etc... Bring a lunch and join the fun!! Parents drop-off and pick-up only please.

P. D. Days

Any time school is out - 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. for a cost of $55.00. Please call the office to register.

Overnights

Arrangements can be made for some Friday night sleepovers in the school house. Call for information.

    We offer day and overnight camps throughout the summer and the school year including Easter, Christmas, and March breaks. Camps include riding lesson, pleasure swimming (pool 3 feet deep), tennis (balls and racquets provided), horse shows, games etc. Overnight camps include all accomodation from Monday to Friday at 4:00 p.m. Overnighters must bring their own food. All camps must be prepaid.

Overnight camp (Monday - Thursday Night)
$450 CAD or $100/day

Overnight campers will need to bring items listed for day camp plus additional items below:

Sleeping bag & pillow
Shampoo, soap, toothbrush, etc.
Health card number - taped into suitcase
Riding helmet or bike helmet, long pants & boots
One overnight bag
Swimsuit & towel
Bring your favorite food.

Birthday Parties

We offer 2 packages:

1. 9:30 - 1:00 (parents drop off please)
6 kids $215.00 (if there is more than 6 please add $30/child on top of the 215.00)
Please pack an individual lunch for each child

2. 12:45 - 2:30(parents can stay)
6 kids $215.00 (if there is more than 6 please add $30/child on top of the 215.00
Package includes 15 min tour/45 min lesson/extra riding and pictures
pack cupcake in loot bag)

Special Events

We often have special events for our riders, these include horse shows, clinics, hunter pace, sleepovers and trips to other countries to compete in the junior internationals. Watch our newsletter for dates of upcoming events.

Horse Shows

There is a jumper derby on the last Sunday of every month from September to June. Start time is 10:00 a.m. and the cost is $35.00 to enter. A great learning experience for riders at all levels, and a chance to see your Friday and Saturday children ride and compete.
